You further agree that you have the authority to place this order and agree to the following terms:

Limit one Enhanced Display Ad per retail (”brick & mortar”) location. Discount available for multiple locations (3+), inquire with number of locations and their addresses. All locations verified prior to insertion on MattressFinder.net website.

Payment Terms:

1) All orders are due and payable upon insertion. Balances more than 5 (five) calendar days past due may, at our sole discretion, incur suspension of any/all listings including textual listing, zip code searchable database listing as well as Enhanced Display Ad listing.

2) You will be invoiced electronically by BEWARE OF THE DOG DESIGN via PAYPAL. You do NOT need a PayPal account to remit payment.

3) Payment(s) not honored for any reason incur suspension of all services plus a $50.00 service reinstatement charge per location related to dishonored payment(s).

4) All prices are USD (U.S. Dollars).

Artwork Submission: Submit artwork in JPG or (static) GIF format by e-mail to admin@mattressfinder.net with notation of the location(s) to which it pertains.

Turnaround: 3 (three) business days from date order received. Zip Code Search Preferred Placement: Applies to same zip code of actual store location.
